Matt

Growing up in the 80s means Matt was essentially raised by Kurt Loder and MTV. When Michael Jackson moonwalked, Matt was there. When Genesis gave us a “Land of Confusion,” Matt watched eagerly. When Peter Gabriel did, well, whatever THAT was, Matt was on the front row. As a teenager, Matt was introduced to the alternative side of popular music, and a love affair with R.E.M. was born. Matt obsessed over tapes, followed by CDs, then mp3s, and now albums. No matter the medium, music moves Matt.

Matt now lives in downtown Raleigh with his wife and three kids, and loves talking about music. Especially The Smiths.
